Goal : Power BI is a suite of business analytics cloud- based tools to analyze data and share insights. Through this data, reports are accessible from anywhere with Power BI Mobile apps which update automatically with any changes to your data. Power View is an interactive data visualization tool. Power Map creates maps and tours of data visualization. Power Pivot creates in-memory data model. Get introduced to these tools and discuss while we use them.

Power BI Desktop:
Goal : Power BI Desktop is one of the important features of Power BI. It provides with the facility of drag and drop to place the content where you exactly want it. Quickly discover patterns as you explore a single unified view of linked interactive visualizations. This module also introduces you to Power query which is used to search data online. At the end of this module you will be able to learn about different features of Power BI Desktop and Power Query.

Data Analysis Expression(DAX):
Goal : The Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) language is a formula language for Power Pivot, Power BI Desktop, and Tabular modeling in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), which allows users to define custom calculations in PowerPivot tables (calculated columns) and in Excel PivotTables (measures). DAX includes some of the functions that are used in Excel formulas, and it includes additional functions that are designed to work with relational data and perform dynamic aggregation.

Power BI Embedded:
Goal : Power BI Embedded enables you to integrate Power BI reports into your mobile and Web applications. It is an azure Service that allows ISVs and app developers to surface Power BI data experiences within their applications. It defers to your application to perform all the necessary user authentication and authorization. There is no explicit requirement that your end users be customers of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). Instead, your application expresses to Microsoft Power BI Embedded authorization to render a Power BI report by using Application Authentication Tokens (App Tokens). (Content)
