2.1 Instructor-Led Live Training Programs
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the program start date.
- No refund will be issued if:
- You have attended more than two sessions of the live training.
- Course materials, assessments, or resources have been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Self-Paced Learning Programs
- Refund requests for self-paced learning must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- No refund will be issued if:
- More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- Certificates of completion have been issued for the course.
2.3 Blended Learning Programs
Refunds for blended programs (combination of live and self-paced learning) follow the rules of instructor-led and self-paced programs as applicable.

- Course name and date of enrollment.
- Reason for requesting the refund.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of submission.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refund requests submitted after the specified eligibility period.
- Partial or full course completion or access of the course materials beyond the permissible limit.
- Refund requests for promotional offers, bundled courses, or discounted programs.
- In cases of misconduct, violation of the terms, or improper use of the learning platform.
5. Cancellation Policy for Events and Workshops
Registrations for events, workshops, or short-term programs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Changes or Rescheduling
In lieu of refunds, you may request a rescheduling or transfer of the course to a future batch or another participant. Such requests are subject to approval and availability.
